At Differ Construction & Restoration, we strive to provide professional, high-quality water damage restoration, pack-out, and reconstruction services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding service payments and refunds.

1. Services Provided

All services are provided as described in your service agreement or quote, including emergency response, water damage restoration, pack-outs, and reconstruction.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement. 

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Services not rendered as agreed in the contract.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
